Construction Materials Service, Inc. (CMS) is an open shop site work excavating company that specializes in earth moving and underground site utilities.

CMS studies client projects to determine the most cost effective strategies to deliver projects on schedule, safely, always putting quality of our work first and foremost, from inception to completion.

CMS employs a highly trained skilled workforce adhering to all current safety rules and regulations that pertain to our industry. Our equipment fleet is equipped and upgraded utilizing the modern techniques made available today.

Our customers are Commercial General Contractors, Municipal Power Suppliers and Private Site Developers.
